Virtually model yourself as an on-line clothes horse

Fed up with harsh lights and piped music in clothes shops and hit-and-miss on-line shopping? Well, help is at hand with My Virtual Model from clothing company Lands’ End, www.landsend.co.uk.

Adapted in-house from the original by My Virtual Model Inc in Canada, MVM, who looks spookily like Nicole Kidman, enables you to create virtual, 360-degree representations of yourself ‘from a variety of angles’ (not too many, we hope) to try on clothes.

You fill in a questionnaire to create your model’s shape, which can be modified if you’ve had a particularly greedy Christmas, and bingo, you can be a model, too. Marvellous.
