Graven Images designed and organised an event to mark Prime Minister Tony Blair’s visit to Shanghai this week.
A Flavour of Britain comprises two exhibitions, one profiling 30 UK companies manufacturing in China, and the other promoting the UK food industry, says Graven Images partner Ross Hunter.
In order to improve the Chinese impression of UK food, the Glasgow consultancy brought in celebrity chef Nick Nairn to create a banquet prepared from ingredients specially flown over from the UK.
