Brinkworth has unveiled store designs for Casio’s flagship retail outlet located in London’s Carnaby Street, which reopens next month. The consultancy was appointed in July following a three-way pitch.
The brief from Casio was to increase consumer brand awareness and to clearly define the brand using the store design. The consultancy is introducing more ‘theatre’ and ‘movement’ into the site and will develop a contemporary and dynamic space that brings together all of the Casio sub-brands, according to a spokeswoman for Brinkworth.
The move comes as Casio seeks to reposition itself as an aspirational lifestyle brand (DW 23 June).
Casio is also working with Ida Creative Link to create point-of-sale material and is looking to redesign its packaging.
