RIBA seeks new head

The Royal Institute of British Architects is looking for a new director of the RIBA Architecture Centre at London’s Portland Place, following the resignation of incumbent Victoria Thornton.

Thornton, who has held the post for three and a half years, will continue to run her own company, Architecture Dialogue, and handle Open House, an annual event during which notable buildings are open to the public.
