Starck squeezed out

Visitors to the Design Museum have named the Dyson vacuum, condoms and Wonderbras among the best designs of modern style icons. The poll of over 3000 people found that the new VW Beetle, Dualit toasters, teabags, paper clips, Velcro and the iMac computer were all favoured. But Skoda cars, mobile phones, plane and train seats and the Starck lemon squeezer all received votes of no confidence.
