Your 15 minutes of fame beckon!

Well, half an hour of fame, actually. Yorkshire Television is making four 30-minute programmes about design, and producer Simon Schofield wants to hear design stories which might be suitable subjects for TV exposure.

Before you all take on agents and start swanning around in Jags and opening branches of Superdrug, Simon is keen to hear of things which will translate well to TV and interest the lay viewer, so think carefully.

“The brief is extraordinarily wide but offers tremendous scope,” he says from YTV HQ in Leeds. “I’m interested in hearing from anybody doing anything interesting, anywhere in Europe.”
