D&AD prepares for the job hunt

British Design & Art Direction has outlined its process for replacing outgoing chief executive David Kester by April.

The hunt will be handled by chairman Anthony Simonds-Gooding with the D&AD executive, though he has not ruled out the possibility of employing headhunters to aid the process.
