The Labour Party’s legal affairs spokesman Paul Boateng has condemned a ú32 000 spend on a court service logo as `a scandalous waste of taxpayers’ money’. The Lord Chancellor’s Department asked The Epps Partnership to work up an identity and design literature for its court service, to be launched in April, after a clerical worker designed the concept in a staff competition.
