Two Internet incubators have been launched this week offering venture capital funding to European Web startups. Pricewaterhouse Coopers has formed Pricewaterhouse Coopers Incubator, while @Ventures Global Partners has been formed by CMGI, Hicks Muse Tate & Furst and Pacific Century First. The latter plans to open a London office.
