Agenda Design Associates beat 500 other entrants to scoop top honours at last week’s UK Property Marketing & Design Awards, for its brochure for The Spectacle Works by property group Hollybrook.

A total of 24 awards were presented at the event, including a special judges award for Colchester design consultancy Silk Pearce, which produced Grantchester Holdings’ annual report.

Described by judges as “standing out in design and concept and stunningly simple and effective”, Agenda’s publication also won the best economy brochure category.

The panel adds: “Great ingenuity was used to produce a quality brochure with limited budgets.”

Agenda creative director Paul Davis says: “We’ve a strong track record in property marketing, from creating the original Manhattan Loft Corporation campaign in the early 1990s to our current works with Paddington Basin and Greenwich Millennium Village. To be recognised for our contribution to the sector is very rewarding.”

Other winners included Magee & Co (annual reports), Ignite Design (corporate advertisement), Rufus Leonard (corporate brochures), Kirkhill Design Consultants (industrial and warehousing) and Anderson Design & Marketing (leisure and hotels). Light Design won the Overall Campaign category.
