New alliance yet to act
A design group is yet to be appointed to work on an identity for Royal Sun Alliance, formed last week through the 5.3bn merger of Royal Insurance and Sun Alliance.
Subject to approval, the merger will become effective from early August. A timescale to select a consultancy has not yet been decided, says a company spokesman.
