SHH is working on marketing material for new residential development 7 Allsop Place, near London’s Regent’s Park, having created the branding for the project.

The consultancy was appointed in May to work on branding, identity and marketing collateral for the development. SHH was briefed on the project by selling agents Savills and Goldschmidt & Howland.

SHH, which is an architecture, interiors and design consultancy, was also appointed to work on the interior design of the development’s four penthouse interiors in August 2009. The lead architect on the development is Neales & Norden.

The branding project involved naming the development, which consists of 31 residential apartments, and creating a logo, website and identity to be applied across all collateral.

The consultancy has also created separate brochures (pictured above) and a website for the launch of the penthouses, which are due to be marketed in March 2011.

The first marketing brochure will start to roll out this week.

Ashley Thompson, senior graphic designer at SHH, says, ’It is a private developer, so there wasn’t a brand that we had to adhere to. It’s a one-off, so we went for a narrative route.’

SHH created the Seven Wondrous Reasons concept to highlight the advantages of living near Regent’s Park.

This concept was then used to divide the different sections of the brochure, such as green spaces, transport and the history of the area.

The logo (pictured below) features a tree device consisting of iterations of the number seven, which also signifies the development’s address – 7 Allsop Place.
