Manchester-based consultancy The Market Creative has designed new interior and point-of-sale concepts for Dolphin Bathrooms, which could roll out across the chain.
The first store to feature the new designs has been refurbished and is opening today in Ealing, west London.
A spokeswoman for the consultancy says The Market Creative has been working with Dolphin Bathrooms’ owner the Homeform Group for around a year as its below-the-line agency.
Mark Collier, group marketing director at Homeform Group, says, ‘Assuming Ealing is successful, we plan to roll it out across all new developments this year.’
Sue Benson, managing director of The Market Creative, says, ‘The new layout and features take the customer on a journey around the store.
‘The solutions we provided followed our retail development strategy, which centres on customer engagement as well as education and information. They aim to involve shoppers with the brand and prolong their time in-store, resulting in positive recollection of the retailer.’
