Clearsilver brands Stem subjects resource centre

Leeds- and Hull-based branding group Clearsilver has created a new identity for the Government’s UK resource centre for women in science, engineering and technology, UKRC.

The centre works with employers, professional bodies, educational institutes and women’s organisations to provide advice and policy consultancy regarding the under-representation of women in science, engineering and technology.

Clearsilver was appointed in January 2009 following a credentials-led pitch. The new logo features the centre’s initials in a purple and green colour palette.

The logo will be used on UKRC’s stationery, literature, publicity and website. The site, which will include an online library and e-commerce, will launch in May.
