The consultancy was briefed to create a microsite to highlight the events around two months ago, according to its art director Steve Lloyd. Ico designed the Science Museum’s overall website around four years ago, Lloyd says.
Ico has created a site on which users can find out about events, post up their own content and comment about nights using social networks such as Twitter.
Lloyd says the microsite ‘fits in with the overall look and feel’ of Ico’s main site for the museum, and also features strong visual content to showcase the events.
The new microsite will roll out over the coming weeks, Lloyd says.
