Allen International designs branch for South African bank
Allen International has been hired by South African bank Absa to design a new branch, which the consultancy says will use state-of-the-art technology.
Allen International says it wants to use the space to enhance the bank’s core brand values, with the new technology designed to change the relationship between existing and potential customers.
The new branch will also act as a trial of various new technologies, which is hoped will improve customer interaction and service.
The consultancy says it wants the new branch to be ‘the optimum expression of retail design strategy, providing customers with an immersive brand experience’.
The new branch is planned to open this summer.
