Lett joins Enterprise in SA

Enterprise IG is to bolster its Johannesburg office, with the appointment of David Lett as executive creative director.

Lett, currently design director at London design consultancy Small Back Room, will take up the position on 17 September.

He is expected to lead a team of more than 70, including a mix of retail, graphic and interior designers.

‘My remit is to look at connectivity between Enterprise offices, delivering a common, global goal. In particular, though, I’ll be looking at developing an indigenous design style to create an African perspective for the brands that are coming into the region. There’s a lot of potential,’ says Lett.

The appointment comes amid news that Enterprise IG is conducting a review of staff at its London office, with some employees being asked to relocate to New York and Johannesburg.
