New London exhibition space The Tramshed has announced the international design brands that will exhibit at the venue during the London Design Festival.

The space, which is located in Rivington Street in east London, was developed by design management company De La Espada founder Luis de Oliveira and design event experts Deborah Spencer and Alice Breed.

The Tramshed, which was originally used as an electricity generating power station for the Shoreditch tram system, will host collections from Benchmark, Studioilse, Scin, Autoban, Bocci, Decode, Michael Sodeau, Matthew Hilton and Kvadrat from 22-26 September

New Swedish design group RVW and furniture brand Another Country will launch at the space during the festival. Rob Ryan, architect DRMM and textile designer Christian Zuzunaga will exhibit a new collaboration and bespoke furniture Benchmark will exhibit a live workshop.

The space, which will also host a number of design debates throughout the festival, will feature a large-scale installation using a new BMW 5 Series Gran Turismo by designers Patricia Urquiola and Giulio Ridolfo.
