This Sunday screen printers Poster Roast will be taking their gig poster collective to music festival Radfest, which is being held in Peckham, South London.
On site for the duration of the one day event, Poster Roast will have a stock of posters made by artists from across the UK.
The collective, run by husband and wife team Chris and Alex White, brings together the work of hundreds of artists’ gig posters under one roof.
The event poster is designed by We Three Club, run by the Whites, who also made the event identity for the inaugural Radfest last year, and is making signage and listings for this year’s event.
It’s all affordable and they’re on small print runs – which can only be a good thing – and ‘range from between about £10-£30,’ according to Alex White.
More original artwork can be found on a free mix-tape, featuring all the Radfest artists – to be given to the first 100 guests – and Zine Swap, the self-explanatory magazine bartering service will be there to share the best in self-publishing and print design.
SEXBEAT: RADFEST in association with Nudie Jeans will be taking place at The Bussey Building, 133 Rye Road, Peckham SE15 4ST from 2pm-11pm.
