Design groups are being sought as part of the wider creative services and media buying framework, which also covers marketing and media buying services.

For the graphic design lot, the university is looking to work with design consultancies or individual freelance designers who can provide graphic design and typographic services, as well as ‘creative/execution of solutions and services at a tactical level’.

The university has not specified how many consultancies it is seeking to appoint to the four-year framework.

The deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 13 September. For more information and to apply visit ted.europa.eu.
