The council is looking to appoint 27 consultancies to the four-year framework, which will cover graphic design, digital design and printing.

For the design element of the framework, the council is seeking specialists in graphic design, web design, web app design and mobile app design, to appoint to separate lots.

The graphics lot will cover work on leaflets, brochures and forms, as well as large-format displays, vehicle graphics and signage.

The digital work could take in projects such as systems to display information such as bus routes, or mobile apps to report pot-holes.

The council says it is seeking ‘designers who can take the simplest of briefs and work with our brand rules to create effective solutions to our communications problems that can be evaluated’.

The deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 4 October. For more information visit ted.europa.eu.
