London in 2030

Visitors to the View from the Shard will be able to get a glimpse of what London’s skyline might look like in 2030 thanks to a new installation.

Visualisation company GMJ has created images that show how the city might look if all buildings approved by the city’s boroughs are constructed.

The visualisation can be seen through the Tell:scopes that were installed in the View from the Shard as part of Event Communications’ design of the space.

View from the Shard has already installed views from the Museum of London’s archives, which means visitors can see London scenes from 2030 back to Roman times.
