DBA appoints new directors

The Design Business Association has appointed four new directors to its board, including Pearlfisher creative partner Jonathan Ford and Appetite chairwoman Laura Haynes.

Ford and Haynes will join 20/20 managing director Jim Thompson and Good Creative managing director Keith Forbes as new members of the board.

The four will serve for two years, their responsibilities being to offer guidance and expertise to the association’s members.

The DBA describes the board of directors as having ‘ultimate responsibility for the prosperity of the DBA’ in a statement.

Ford, Haynes, Thompson and Forbes will join the DBA board’s chairman Anthony Simonds-Gooding and president Nick Ramshaw. Also sitting on the board are Wire Design owner John Corcoran, Rufus Leonard managing director Will Rowe, Absolute managing director Helen Blake and Dalziel & Pow managing director Rosalyn Scott.
