Precedent creates website for international schools

Precedent has designed a new website for ACS International Schools with an emphasis on interaction and exploration for prospective students and parents thinking of relocating to London.

Appointed in June 2009, the consultancy came through a creative pitch and was asked to promote the three campuses – Cobham, Hillingdon and Egham – as separate entities ‘with unique philosophies’, according to Precedent consultant Darren Amer.

‘We need the site to raise the profile of the individual schools, show their education programmes and that the schools are a family option,’ says Amer.

Virtual tours have been integrated into the site – which goes live today – allowing visitors to zoom into rich media content from helicopter-shot aerial photography which Precedent helped direct.

By zooming into different areas of each campus, visitors can drill down into further content including video interviews with students and departmental photos.

Interactive maps highlight local areas of interest, travel information and school bus pick-up points.
