The organisation manages and maintains 6000 properties in the Charnwood area between Nottingham, Leicester and Derby.
An identity and associated branding was designed by Robinson & Associates for the organisation’s launch in 2006.
On the strength of this the consultancy was asked to produce a document summarising the organisation’s achievements, addressing stakeholders, staff and tenants in accordance with the requirements of the national regulatory body, Tenant Services Authority.
Robinson & Associates founder James Robinson says, ‘With such a mixed demographic, the design needed to be highly accessible and legible but not at the expense of making the layout dull and formulaic.’
Images of keys – some closely resembling the identity – ‘engage the reader, punctuating the content’ in a way which ‘creates a strong connection with the Charnwood Neighbourhood Housing brand’, says Robinson.
The annual report will be with the client by the end of the week.
