The England and Lancashire fast bowler is embarking on a benefit year throughout 2012, which will mark his ten years in the sport through a series of charitable initiatives.
Cahoona was recommended to the job in October last year and sought to create a brand based around Anderson’s unique England identification number: 613. Anderson is the 613th cricketer to play for England.
A look has been developed for the site, which is here, based around infographics which will be fed by real-time data provided by statistician Opta Sports – ‘which has already given us a full dossier on Anderson,’ says Cahoona director Ben Holden.
‘We’re really proud of the site and it truly demonstrates the potential of real-time vector graphics in changing the way people experience high-profile sporting events online,’ he adds.
Cahoona has extrapolated some of the infographics, and commissioned Salford based group One69a to turn them into screen prints, which have been made to be sold as limited runs signed by Anderson.
