Full Design Week Awards judging panel unveiled

The full judging panel for this year’s Design Week Awards has been named.

Awards

Chairing the branding panel is Simon Manchipp, founder of Someone. He is joined by Matt Baxter, creative director of Together; Louise Kyme, design manager at the British Heart Foundation; Martin Grimer, creative director at Aesop; and Andy Hayes, client services director at The Quietroom.

Chairing the retail and interiors panel is Stuart Wood, executive creative director at Fitch. He is joined by Philip Handford, founder at Campaign; Steve James-Royle, creative director at The Yard Creative; Asif Khan, co-foudner of Pernilla & Asif; Leigh Cain, head of design at the Museum of London; and Alex Wood, co-founder of Holmes Wood.

The packaging design panel is chaired by Shaun Bowen, creative director at B&B Studio. He is joined by Simon Adamson, creative director at Bloom; and Jon Davies, creative director at Butterfly Cannon.

The product, furniture and service design panel is chaired by Neal Stone, founder of Leapstone and Design Council associate designer. He is joined by Luke Miles, head of design at Virgin Atlantic; and furniture designer Lee Broom.

Chairing the editorial and print design category is Jeremy Leslie, founder of Magculture. He is joined by Caz Hildebrand, creative partner at Here; and Jamie Ellul, founder of Magpie.

The interactive and broadcast design panel is chaired by Steve Price, creative director at Plan B Studio, He is joined by Philip O’Dwyer, creative director at Method, and Gary Hoff, creative director at Cogapp.

The entries to the Design Week Awards can be seen in our online entry showcase and the winners will be announced at the Design Week Awards ceremony on 13 June.
