Magic Me runs projects which bring different generations together through creative activity.

Mark Nichols, designer at WMH, says, ‘[The charity] builds bridges between people of dramatically different ages and backgrounds.

‘The new identity expresses how Magic Me harnesses their latent creativity to do extraordinary things.’

Wybe Magermans, account director at WMH, says, ‘The Plasticine ball represents the different activities that people can do through the charity. We’ve also created an animation that shows the ball transforming into different things.’

The main identity and the icons were created in Plasticine and then photographed, Magermans says. WMH also ran brand engagement workshops with the charity which saw people making objects with Plasticine.

WMH was appointed to the pro bono project around six months ago, according to Magermans.

What a fantastic way to represent different generations coming together. Very playful and engaging.

    Definitely feels magical!

Doesn’t this relate more to children, than teenagers, adults and older people? I don’t see how this represents different generations coming together.

Anonymous, you’re making a rather literal link between the use of plasticine and children. Magic Me is a charity with a child-like soul, rather than being focused on children only.

The plasticine ball captures the many creative possibilities it gives people. It’s this creativity that builds the bridges between generations.
