Sonaa’s team joins the Windsor, London-based head office of 1HQ, which will grow from 55-65 people. For now Sonaa will keep its name under the 1HQ brand.
1HQ says it is ‘aiming to support its clients by making their brands more productive from design and packaging through to innovation, shopper experience and into the opportunities created by digital engagement.’
The two consultancies have worked together for several years according to 1HQ chief executive Mark Artus who says, ‘We’re not changing anything, we’re adding a benefit.’
He says, ‘We’re demonstrating that we are capable of building brands, and articulating them from an analogue and digital perspective.’
With Sonaa’s help 1HQ can now ‘identify the right type of technology to deliver the right message; we can stay on top of new capabilities, and find the best technology for clients’ budgets,’ says Artus.
