Money Advice Service to launch comparison products

The Money Advice Service is seeking teams to work on online products and tools that will help consumers choose mortgages, loans, credit cards and other products.

MAS

The MAS is an independent body, set up in 2010, that helps people manage their finances. It currently offers a range of tools including budget planners, action plans and comparison tables for various financial products.

It is now looking to supply a range of online comparison tools examining financial products, and has issued a tender for teams to develop these.

The teams would be asked to provide the data, products and tools, while the MAS says delivery approaches will be ‘discussed in dialogue’.

This could include white-labelling, API-based approaches or mixed delivery, and would take into account user experience and visual design elements.

The MAS is looking to appoint between one and five teams to the tender, and the deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 10 January 2014.
