The council is looking to appoint eight design groups to work on projects including graphic design, web design and brand development.

The framework is split into two lots. Lot one covers ‘standard corporate design’ which includes print work such as leaflets, posters, brochures and newsletters. This work will be worth just over £100 000.

Lot two ‘creative design services’ is far broader, and covers work such as web design and development, graphic design, multi-media development and brand development. This lot will be worth £900 000.

The deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 31 January 2014. For more information visit ted.europa.eu.
