Brand packaging for the rechargeable and environmentally friendly battery brand Uniross is set to launch nationwide, designed by Landor Associates Paris.
The aim of the new-look packaging is to communicate the environmental benefits of the batteries and to launch Uniross’ full range of Hybrio technology batteries.
The packaging for the batteries is 100 per cent recyclable, and Landor emphasises the Green message by using pictograms that focus on the battery’s eco-friendliness.
WWF endorses the batteries, while its logo has been placed in full view on the front of the packaging.
According to Landor, the brand name is placed on the side of the packet for easier identification, while the white background is intended to make the brand stand out from its competitors on store shelves.
The different ranges have been colour-coded with the Multi Usage batteries in yellow, Multi Usage Plus in red, and Performance in blue.
The range is available now from Argos, and will be available from John Lewis in March and B&Q in June.
