Roger Beckett leaves DW

Design Week publishing director Roger Beckett has relinquished his position at the magazine and has left Design Week owner Centaur Media to pursue opportunities outside of the publishing group.

Beckett, who oversaw a stable of creative and business titles including Creative Review, was part of the management team that oversaw the flotation of Centaur in March 2004.

‘During my time at Centaur I have worked in many different markets but have always felt a great affinity to the creative sector. I have been fortunate enough to work alongside and do business with some fantastic people and hope that our paths will cross again in the future, ‘ he says.

Centaur chief executive Geoff Wilmot says, ‘Roger has shown enormous passion and commitment to Centaur and we wish him every success for the future.’
