Lois Jacobs moves to Fitch as global CEO

Lois Jacobs has been named as global chief executive of Fitch.



Jacobs, who will take up her new role at the WPP-owned company on 1 April, was formerly international president of Jack Morton Worldwide.



She will be responsible for Fitch’s global network of offices, and will also oversee further expansion into Asia, according to the consultancy.



Jacobs takes over the chief executive responsibilities from founder Rodney Fitch, who will continue as chairman.



She says, ‘Like Rodney, I have a pasion for building global, multi-skilled teams that create inspirational work. I am excited by the calibre of Fitch people, as well as the exceptional brand of the company itself.’



Fitch says, ‘Lois’ talent in creating brand experiences for large corporations and governments, together with her experience in managing and growing a global network, is unparalleled.
