Danish design duo relocate to London

Danish furniture design duo Flemming Busk and Stephen Hertzog are relocating from Copenhagen to London’s Shoreditch, attracted by its ‘buzz and international ambience’.

Busk and Hertzog claim to be negotiating collaborations with unnamed UK-based designers and manufacturers.

The pair also plan to continue working for their Danish clients, including Globe Zero 4, for which they designed the True Love seating series (pictured).

‘There is no better gateway to the rest of the world [than Shoreditch], and it is still very close to our existing clients in Denmark,’ says Hertzog.

‘You find surprises every time you go for a walk. The area seems to be in a constant state of change, which makes it a very exciting place,’ he adds.
