Interior specialist 20.20 is working on strategy for Grosvenor Casinos, which is looking to align its online and in-venue experience.
Grosvenor Casinos has 35 UK-based casino premises and is part of The Rank Group, which also owns Mecca Bingo.
20.20 says it has worked with The Rank Group since 2005 and has now been tasked with creating a concept to help Grosvenor Casinos deliver a destination ‘that is adapted to their needs on both a social and gaming level’ based on customer insight.
The consultancy says it will be ‘getting under the skin of customer behaviour and motivations for playing both in-club and online.’
20.20 has begun working with Grosvenor Casino customers and will apply a qualitative approach with help from analysts MC&C, which is undertaking a data study.
Michael Artis, head of sports and entertainment at 20.20, says, ‘We can make casinos a lot more relevant to a wider audience. It all starts with the customer, and that’s who our strategy team are with right now.’
