The three-year project, which is running across seven European regions, aims to develop the potential of regional development programmes to support universities, the private sector and the public sector.
As lead partner in the project, Cornwall Council is seeking a consultancy to develop an identity for the scheme, and work on print, digital and exhibition projects as part of a contract worth up to £50 000.
One aspect of the contract is that copy must be supplied in six languages – English, Swedish, Finnish, Czech, Hungarian and Bulgarian – although the council says translation will be done by the project partners, not the consultancy.
The deadline for tenders is 18 January, and the project is expected to run from this March until December 2012. More information is available from www.tendersincornwall.co.uk.
