Patton to push R/GA in Europe

Interactive consultancy R/GA has appointed Craig Patton as London managing director, European business development.

The Interpublic Group-owned consultancy will focus on developing its European client base across the UK and Europe under Patton.

He will work alongside Yuri Salnikoff, managing director client services and Barry Wacksman, chief growth officer, who is based in New York.

Patton comes from marketing and mobile group Ipsh, where he was managing director. Before that he was business development director at Agency.com.

Patton’s appointment is the most recent addition to the London office. Last month, R/GA appointed Nathan Cooper as executive creative director (www.designweek.co.uk 22 June), while Samantha Bertram and Anthony Wickham were named as group account directors (www.designweek.co.uk 18 June).
