Coley Porter Bell has created the packaging design for Trident’s chocolate chewing gum.
The Sweet Kicks range will launch on 14 July with the tagline, ‘Tempt me, treat me… do it sweetly’.
Coley Porter Bell’s design is aimed at making the brand stand out as a chewing gum which goes beyond the traditional mint and fruit flavours.
A graphic featuring a pair of lips with a series of colourful swirls and small illustrations of female figures feature on the outer packaging, which is aimed at creating a feminine look for the gum.
The product’s design is intended to appeal to women as it offers a sugar-free alternative to chocolate or sweets.
‘We have created packaging that will fit into any handbag and can sit alongside make-up brands and skin care products,’ says Adam Ellis, design director at Coley Porter Bell.
