Temple takes top creative job at R/GA London

Digital specialist R/GA London has promoted James Temple to the role of executive creative director.

In his new position Temple will be responsible for providing direction to a team which includes art directors, interaction designers, visual designers and copywriters in the London office.

He will report to R/GA chief experience officer Chris Colborn, until newly-appointed managing director Jim Moffat takes up his position in late July.

Temple was previously R/GA creative director, and has more than a decade’s worth of experience in design and interactive production.

He led the team that worked on the Nokia N82 campaign, and on the mobile operator’s expansion into service offerings. His experience is in creating brands which work across multiple digital channels, including Web, mobile, outdoor and retail.

Nathan Cooper, also an executive creative director at R/GA after his appointment last year, will be working alongside Temple.

R/GA London’s client roster includes John Lewis Partnership and SC Johnson, as well as Nokia.
