The 12,000 all-seater stadium will open in February 2012 as home to Salford City Reds Rugby League team but also to service a host of community needs.
Following a joint pitch against other North West-based digital consultancies, the consultancy pairing is now looking at how to create a look and provide features which represent fans of the rugby club and community groups, including public sector and voluntary groups.
Set to launch in September the look will be governed by guidelines set out in the brand positioning of the new stadium.
Air Creative creative director Jason Bennett says that ‘black with two shades of green’ will feed into the design and also the use of ‘vibrant photography.’
Bennett says the new site will be designed to encourage community use through delineated comment areas, ratings, and social media feeds.
