Siegel & Gale is boosting its international media and entertainment offer by promoting David Keefe to the role of global director of media and entertainment.
Keefe joined the Omnicom-owned branding consultancy in 2005 as vice-president of business development for media and entertainment.
In this role he worked with clients including Time Warner Cable and The Boston Globe.
Keefe will now work globally across all the consultancy’s offices, building its media and entertainment offer and extending its client base.
‘The days of single-platform media brands are long gone,’ says Keefe. ‘Media companies are now distributing their products and services across three or four platforms. With each new platform or channel, the need for strategic branding becomes more acute.’
Siegel & Gale has offices in New York, Los Angeles, London and Dubai.
It returned to the London market in March last year with the purchase of branding consultancy Karakter, after an absence of around three years.
Karakter was formed in 2003 by three Siegel & Gale Europe directors, when the consultancy closed its UK operation in spring 2003.
