The Middlesex-based consultancy specialises in branding and marketing within the theatre industry.
Paul Taylor, managing director of Consider This UK, approached the theatre group speculatively and was offered a contract to produce marketing materials for its Irish franchises in October, prior to the Dublin Festival.
On the strength of this work Consider This UK was appointed in January and is undertaking a project to ‘tweak’ the existing logo and design new prospectuses, e-marketing solutions and two websites.
‘It didn’t want to lose its heritage, but needed to focus more on its target audience – the parents of children,’ says Taylor.
Marketing materials were previously formed from a ‘bog-standard template’, according to Taylor, who says he has sharpened the theatre group’s focus by ‘separating out each of its target audiences, to twelve sections’. An e-commerce site will allow franchisees to order these marketing materials.
Taylor expects a sign-off on the initial materials this Wednesday, and says the new website will launch within the next two weeks.
