Creatives have eight minutes to share their inspiration

Graphic designer Vaughan Oliver and Richard Hooker, designer and art director at Wieden & Kennedy, are among those taking part in the 8×8 London live design event next month.

The event, organised by in association with Quark and Design Week, will see eight creatives given just eight minutes each to share where they get their inspiration and ideas from.

It will be hosted by Ben Terrett, partner in the Really Interesting Group, and the other speakers will be Poke creative partner Iain Tate, Joel Gethin Lewis and Pete Hellicar from Hellicar and Lewis, D&AD-nominated graphic designer Matt Dent, Hudson Bec co-founders Alex Bec and Will Hudson, and Typographic Circle chairman John Bateson.

Sarah Harwood, manager, says, ‘We are really thrilled with the calibre of the speakers and, given their experience and background, we are expecting a memorable evening.’
