Burgerac’s Burgermat book

Burgerac’s blog details his search for the finest burger in town and as part of this quest he held the Burgermat show back in 2011, bringing together a talented group of illustrators to celebrate the art of the burger.

James Joyce, Rob Flowers, Malika Favre and Andy Rementer were among those who answered Burgerac’s call, creating artworks that were turned into paper placemats to eat burgers from.

Now Burgerac has teamed up with Nobrow to release The Burgermat Show book, a collection of all 24 artworks (each is printed twice as an A3 tear-out).

Furthermore, on the reverse of each print is one of four burger recipes, from Burgerac’s own Super Easy Cheesy to Fred Smith’s somewhat intimidating Double Cheese Stack (which Burgerac describes as ‘attempt-it-if-you-dare).
