FutureBrand has axed its senior management team.
The cull will result in the departures of London managing director Jasmine Montgomery, managing creative partner Tina Prior and head of strategy Piers Guilar, with more redundancies expected.
Head of client services Andrew Mulholland and new business director Tim Hill are thought to be unaffected by the decision.
FutureBrand global executive creative director Shane Greeves, who works out of London, will remain on the board, alongside president and global chief executive officer Patrick Smith, who last year replaced Jean-Louis Dumeu.
The consultancy, part of Interpublic Group, counts Arcelor Mittal, Barclays Premier, Unilever, British Airways and Nokia among its clients.
