Sainsbury’s picks roster groups
Sainsbury’s has appointed six design consultancies to its packaging design roster.
The groups are Brandme, Embrace Brands, Fab Design, Bulletproof Design, Blue Marlin and Storm Brand Design.
Head of packaging design Laura Tovey-Keane has headed up the selection process, which has been in the offing since last November.
The supermarket initiated a review of its packaging design roster in May 2008, but this is thought to have been put on hold amid internal restructuring.
Consultancies that have been working with Sainsbury’s to date, but are absent from the list, include Parker Williams, Paul Cartwright Branding and Stocks Taylor Benson.
