Funnel Creative to create Mountain Rescue website

Funnel Creative director Bill Green, who is also a volunteer for the emergency service, says Funnel is designing a site for the Glossop division of Mountain Rescue, which covers the Peak District in Derbyshire.

‘Mountain Rescue is 100 per cent voluntary and relies on donations,’ says Green, who has been training for five months and intends to become a paramedic with the service when fully trained. 

‘I want to show them that through good design they can make more money,’ Green adds.

The new site will be focused on public safety and raising awareness of mountain dangers, with a photographic look and feel.

‘We’re going to get a photographer out on the moors to capture us using the Land Rovers and in action,’ says Green.
