Crafted at the Royal Academy
The Royal Academy in London is set to play host to some of the best of British craftsmanship in its new Crafted show.
The show, at the RA’s Burlington Gardens, will feature work from more than 30 exhibitors across ceramics, jewellery, metalwork, textiles and furniture.
The Crafted programme is organised by Walpole Luxury, and pairs designer-makers with established British brands such as Mulberry, Theo Fennell and Wedgewood.
The Crafted exhibition will display work by some of the programme’s alumni, including Method Studio, Ruth Tomlinson and Katie Walker, who designed a high-chair for Prince George.
The exhibition will also showcase work by some of Crafted’s class of 2014, including furniture designer John Galvin, glass designer Heather Gillespie and paper artist Zoe Bradley.
Crafted is at the Royal Academy, Burlington Gardens, London W1S, from 3-5 April.
