So imagine our delight on expanding a little zip file of cute illustrations – with otters, foxes, bears and owls.
These lovely critters were created by illustrator Claire Hartigan, and are to go on show at paper-purveyor Fabriano Boutique, in London’s Covent Garden.
The pen and ink drawings are naturally executed on Fabriano papers by Hartigan, who studied at Kingston University.
The illustrator will be showing how she works at a late night shopping event on 27 March at the store, where she will be drawing live as guests peruse Fabriano’s wares.
As well as paper, the boutique also sells stationery, leather and linen products. According to the brand, it was founded all the way back in 1264 – and as such, is now celebrating reaching the grand old age of 750 years-old.
Claire Hartigan’s illustrations are on display from 27 March – 4 April at Fabriano Boutique, 21 Neal Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9PU
